Close your DAW (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton, FL Studio, etc.). Open the and log in. Find EZdrummer or Superior Drummer in your product list. Click the Show Details button.
Select the parent folder that contains the EZXs and Midi sub-directories.
One user described this exact situation: "Just download and install EZD3 for trial and when I start it it saw there is no EZD Libraries." The solution was to download the massive (often 15GB+) Core Library as well.
