USB Redirector Technician Edition is designed specifically for support teams, service centers, and IT professionals. It allows a technician to connect to a remote computer (the Customer) and share USB devices plugged into that machine over a network or the internet, redirecting them to the technician's computer as if they were physically connected. When a customer runs the module, the software listens for connection requests from the technician's side. Once a connection is established, the module prompts the customer to plug in the USB device requiring service, after which the technician can access and control the device remotely.

Ensure the technician's firewall allows incoming connections on the specified port.

The technician opens the main Technician Edition software on their server.
